What we do
From a single bottleneck to a wider operation: we simplify the workflow and build the technology to make it work.
Find bottlenecks, remove unnecessary steps and redesign handoffs around how your team actually works.
Connect disconnected systems, automate repetitive tasks and build internal applications where existing tools fall short.
Give your team an assistant that answers from approved company information, or agents that handle routine tasks. We agree information access and permissions before building.
Map the impact of a new requirement, assess risks and adapt the workflow and automation. Legal interpretation stays with your advisers.
Projects often combine several of these. The starting point is your operation.
In practice
An example from our internal work, followed by the kinds of problems we can solve for your team.
Time returned to the operation
35+team hours saved per month
Estimated for one internal workflow,A recurring workflow went from at least two hours a day to about 15 minutes. Here is what that saving represents over a 20-working-day month.
The reported daily saving is at least 105 minutes: two hours before improvement, less 15 minutes after. Over 20 working days, that is 2,100 minutes, or 35 hours. This is a monthly estimate from one self-reported internal workflow, not a measured monthly total or an average across projects.
Staff prepare documents, email them and update records by hand.
Generate, send and record the finished document from a single input.
Agents search records while a customer waits, or retrieve contact details one account at a time.
Find the account from a phone number and retrieve batch contact details automatically.
Slow databases, repeated exports and heavy spreadsheets hold up recurring reports.
Replace the manual sequence with a faster reporting tool your team can run on demand.
People ask the same questions and hunt through folders and chats for a procedure, a policy or a figure.
A private AI assistant, built on the information you choose to share, answers from your own documents for managers and staff alike.
Unnecessary steps and handoffs slow the work down, and nobody notices because it has always been done that way.
We redesign the process first. Often the fix needs no software at all.
A new rule changes how the work must be done, and the change risks disrupting daily operations.
We map the affected steps, assess the risks and update the process and automation with the smallest possible impact.
Self-reported internal work, not an independently verified Opercrest client result. The monthly estimate assumes 20 working days; results vary by process.

Professional background
What we bring
Introductory offer · first 10 implementation clients
Start with a free 30-minute conversation. We agree what to assess, show you the opportunities and quote for implementation.
Observe the work and identify what can improve. One process or a broader review, with the scope agreed together.
Review the recommended solution, deliverables, timing and project price. Implementation begins only if you approve.
Team training, practical manuals and 90 days of aftercare help the improvement become part of everyday work.
The introductory conversation is separate from the assessment. Observing one process may take roughly an hour; a broader review may need longer or several sessions. We agree the scope and sessions before starting.
For our first 10 paying implementation clients, the agreed assessment is free, with no obligation to buy implementation. The project price and schedule depend on the agreed solution.
The introductory offer includes up to two one-hour training sessions, user manuals, README files, troubleshooting guidance and a recording where appropriate.
Aftercare starts at go-live: fixes to agreed functionality plus two total hours of usage help over 90 days. That allowance does not limit fixes to our agreed functionality. New features, extra workflows and third-party subscriptions are separate. Further support can be arranged.
We start with your existing tools and explain any recommended changes in the proposal. Accounts and subscriptions remain in your business’s name.
The agreed scope defines access, ownership, acceptance and handover terms.
